El hombre de 24 años, quedó detenido en 2021 mediante allanamientos por robos violentos cometidos en Luján de Cuyo y Godoy Cruz. Le dieron prisión domiciliaria pero lo encontraron paseando.

Se trata de Claudio Daniel Patti (24), quien fue imputado por varios hechos delictivos, muchos de los cuales quedaron filmados registrados por cámaras de seguridad de los negocios.

En septiembre del 2021, pudo acceder al beneficio de la prisión domiciliaria y actualmente cumplía su detención en una vivienda del barrio Tres Estrellas de Godoy Cruz.

Sin embargo, ayer al mediodía el sospechoso fue sorprendido cuando paseaba por el barrio, violando el régimen mencionado y se le revocó tal beneficio por lo que irá a la cárcel.

En un patrullaje de rutina, los uniformados advirtieron al sujeto en calles Puelches y San Alberto, dieron intervención a la fiscalía interviniente y desde esa oficina ordenaron la aprehensión del sospechoso, para su traslado a la penitenciaría provincial.
