La decisión de regularizar como personas jurídicas a las asociaciones, tiene por finalidad propender a un normal desenvolvimiento de este tipo de entidades, de vital importancia en el entramado social.
Por Resolución General 1320/24, publicada este lunes en el Boletín Oficial de la Provincia de Mendoza, la Dirección de Personas Jurídicas (DPJ) dispuso extender las facilidades para que todas las asociaciones civiles inscriptas regularicen su situación jurídico-contable.
“Buscamos que, en un contexto social y económico delicado, las instituciones que trabajan con la comunidad puedan hacerlo en plenitud. El Estado mendocino está para acompañar a quienes con vocación de servicio tienen en el bienestar de los niños, jóvenes y adultos mayores de la comunidad su razón de ser”, expresó el director general de Asuntos Gubernamentales, Francisco Mondotte.
La resolución mencionada restablece hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2024 la vigencia de las Resoluciones Generales 3232/2021 (Centros de Jubilados y Pensionados); 4338/2022 (Clubes y Entidades Deportivas Barriales) y 4339/2022 (Uniones Vecinales).
Asimismo, extiende los beneficios de estas normas para que puedan aprovecharlos el resto de las asociaciones civiles inscriptas en esta dirección, sin distinción de tipo.
En este sentido, el titular de la DPJ, Sebastián Soneira, destacó: “El propósito de esta disposición es continuar ayudando a que todas las asociaciones civiles sin fines de lucro, especialmente centros de jubilados y pensionados, uniones vecinales y clubes y entidades deportivas barriales, puedan regularizar su funcionamiento con el menor costo posible”.
Y agregó que “se trata de una norma de excepción que otorga importantes beneficios, dictada en consideración a la realidad que viven estas instituciones, ofreciéndoles una herramienta concreta para superar el obstáculo que frecuentemente les significa adeudar la presentación de varios estados contables”.
