En una jornada de calor con temperaturas extremas y en medio de anuncios de liberación de caudal para aliviar la cota del Dique Potrerillos, un joven de 15 años se había acercado al río Mendoza para refrescarse. Dolor por la pérdida de la vida del adolescente.
Un chico de 15 años se ahogó este domingo en el río Mendoza. Fue buscado por horas sin resultado por lo que la Policía suspendió la búsqueda del cuerpo.
El hecho se dio minutos antes de las 18 en la zona de Toma de los españoles en el distrito de Las Compuertas. La búsqueda se suspendió a las 21:30 por falta de luz diurna, según informó MDZ.

Previamente hubo numerosos llamados al 911 que alertaron para que se iniciara la búsqueda del cuerpo. El joven de 15 años se estaba bañando con amigos en el lugar.
