Economía anunció el martes pasado una serie de medidas para reducir la presión sobre los dólares financieros, que incluye un canje de US$ 4.000 millones en bonos bajo ley extranjera (globales o GD) que se encuentran en poder de organismos del sector público nacional por títulos en pesos y la incorporación de los bonos en dólares bajo ley local (bonares o AL) en la operatoria de dólar CCL.
El canje de deuda impulsado por el ministro de Economía, Sergio Massa, permitió obtener la brecha más baja del último año en el valor del dólar en sus distintas cotizaciones, informaron este viernes voceros del Palacio de Hacienda.
«El dólar CCL y el MEP retrocedieron, a la vez que la brecha con el oficial cedió», señalaron las fuentes al trazar un balance de la evolución de las cotizaciones del dólar durante la gestión de Massa.
En concreto, la variación del dólar Contado con Liquidación (CCL) marcó una variación acumulada de -43,9%», al igual que el dólar bolsa o MEP (-43,5%) en comparación con el dólar oficial del Banco Nación, durante la gestión del actual equipo económico.
En el caso del dólar blue, la brecha registró una variación acumulada de -39,3%, de acuerdo a lo informado por Economía.
La medida busca dar mayor profundidad al mercado con el que se opera dólar CCL que estaba habilitado exclusivamente para bonos GD29, GD30, GD35 y el resto de la serie de globales, y al mismo tiempo darle instrumentos al Tesoro y al Banco Central para actuar en el mercado de cambios financiero para evitar saltos en la brecha cambiaria.
En este escenario, el Fondo Monetario Internacional (FMI) se encuentra «evaluando» las «recientes decisiones del Gobierno» respecto del canje de bonos.
