Un alumno de la escuela Benito Marianetti ubicada en Mayor Drummond, junto a otros adolescente y un joven de 25 años fueron víctimas del ataque de una patota. El hecho se produjo en la esquina del domicilio del menor y su hermano. Habían antecedentes de bullying dentro del contexto escolar.
El lunes 5 de septiembre, el adolescente de 15 años, salió de la escuela 4-151 Benito Marianetti siendo buscado por su hermano de 24 años, ya que habían amenazas previas y en otras ocasiones, los compañeros no lo dejaban salir del aula. Otro adolescente amigo, los acompañó hasta el domicilio y antes de llegar, fueron agredidos por una patota integrada por 15 a 20 jóvenes.
La familia del menor había tomado los recaudos para proteger la integridad física del adolescente que había recibido amenazas y se encontraba viviendo un contexto de bullying dentro del establecimiento educativo.
Según refirió la madre de la víctima, sabía que al agresor, dada la cantidad de actas, se le había asignado la modalidad de escolaridad protegida desde hace cerca de dos o tres semanas, otorgándole tranquilidad, aunque nunca se imaginó que sus dos hijos terminarían siendo víctimas de un ataque.
El lunes 05 el adolescente con escolaridad protegida, se le acercó al adolescente y lo amenazó dentro de la escuela (aunque no le estaba permitido ingresar), según relató la madre, quien expresó que a la salida de la escuela cerca de la 17.30h se produjo el ataque de la patota, propiciando golpes y exhibiendo un arma. Sus dos hijos, y otro adolescente que los acompañaba, resultaron heridos.
A mediados de agosto, el adolescente llamó a su madre para que lo retirara tras ser amenazado por un compañero de curso, a quien luego se le otorgó la escolaridad protegida como medida adoptada por el establecimiento educativo.
«Mamá me dicen cosas» le decía el adolescente, mientras que su madre le respondía «vos sabés lo que valés», expresó la madre indicando que había insistido en cambiarlo de turno. En una ocasión, él la llamó desde la escuela para pedirle que lo buscara porque había recibido una amenaza.
Sin embargo, el día lunes 05, la patota se habían organizado entre alumnos del establecimiento y otros jóvenes de la zona para atacar al menor, a quien siguieron hasta llegar a la esquina de la vivienda para agredirlo a él, a su hermano, (quien se llevó la golpiza más fuerte) y a otro adolescente que los acompañaba.
Diario Luján se comunicó con las autoridades del establecimiento, siendo la Regente Andrea Frare quien explicó que «la escuela ha realizado las acciones correspondientes que le competen y más. Acá en la escuela no hemos tenido ningún problema».
«No podemos dar detalles, pero sí informar que tomamos las acciones propias correspondientes a nuestro ámbito, según el protocolo. Lo que pasa fuera de la escuela está fuera de nuestro alcance» expresó la regente de la escuela secundaria de Luján de Cuyo.
Respecto al lapso temporal desde que se conoce la situación, Frare indicó que son conductas registradas desde hace tiempo donde han ido interviniendo distintos responsables.
Los familiares
«Lo que sucedió esta vez fue fuera del colegio, pero todas las amenazas anteriores fueron dentro del colegio» expresaron desde el entorno familiar del adolescente, quien vive a dos cuadras del establecimiento educativo.
Los familiares sostienen que la situación se produce desde hace meses. Actualmente la familia ha elaborado un plan de acción y no descartan mudarse, incluso retornar a La Pampa de donde son oriundos.
«Nos sentimos desprotegidos, los agresores saben donde vivimos. Nosotros no los conocemos», indicó la madre agregando que la familia se ha sentido poco acompañada: «Nos hemos sentido con poco apoyo desde el principio» concluyó la mujer.
Desde hace una semana, el menor no asiste a clases de manera presencial y sigue con su rendimiento desde el hogar por temor a futuras agresiones. Los familiares buscan las tareas cada día por el establecimiento para garantizar la continuidad escolar.
«¡CANSADOS ESTAMOS DE QUE NADIE HAGA NADA!!! QUE EDUCACION, EL GOBIERNO DE LA PROVINCIA Y DE LA CIUDAD HAGAN ALGO… QUEREMOS RESPUESTAS FAVORABLES PARA CON LA SALUD FISICA Y MENTAL DE NUESTROS PIBES… QUEREMOS QUE PUEDAN ESTUDIAR TRANQUILOS Y NO TENER QUE DEJARLOS DESCANSAR EN PAZ DESPUES DE UN ATAQUE!», expresó la tía de los hermanos en repudio a los hechos.
El miedo como falta de confianza
Desde Mil Milenios de Paz, sostienen que las conductas de bullying expresan un sentimiento de miedo que engaña a todo el grupo derivando en conductas agresivas. Se trata de un miedo a no pertenecer, miedo a no ser aceptados o miedo a ser hostigados.
«El niño o la niña que le hace bullying tiene miedo, no puede enfrentar la situación y el resto de los actores son testigos silenciosos que a veces se suman y también agreden por miedo», indicó Inés Palomeque, Presidenta de Mil Milenios de Paz.
Qué se puede hacer para avanzar hacia la paz
- Enseñar a los niños y niñas a saber decir que NO.
- Reforzar la confianza en si mismos, a reconocer, expresar y gestionar las emociones, los sentimientos, sus necesidades y puntos de vista.
- Enseñar a elegir a los amigos, reconociendo quién es un verdadero amigo.
- Reflexionar que ante quien pide que realicemos actos vandálicos, bullying o a meternos en líos o hacer cosas que perjudican a otros o que dañan nuestra salud, en realidad NO es un amigo.
- Observar, ya que un amigo es aquel que siempre nos ayuda a crecer y mejorar.
- Sumarse a la fecha del 21 de septiembre como Día Internacional de la Paz con una acción de paz.
