Ocurrió el lunes 15 de abril por la tarde, cuando cerca de las 18.10h, los adultos perdieron de vista al menor de 2 años en el Barrio Bertona en Perdriel, Luján de Cuyo.
El hecho ocurrió cuando el menor de 2 años en compañía de los padres se encontraba de visita en la casa del tío y en un momento, los adultos lo perdieron de vista.
Al empezar la búsqueda por el domicilio lo encontraron en el interior de la pileta.
Los progenitores lograron rescatarlo del agua y al constatar que no reaccionaba fue trasladado en vehículo particular al centro de salud N° 31 de Luján, ingresando sin signos vitales.
Intervino Oficina Fiscal N° 11 y Comisaría 48ª.

Today, I went to the beach with my children. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said «You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.» She placed the shell to her ear and screamed.
