Le robaron la moto a una joven estadounidense en la Ciudad de Mendoza durante el último fin de semana. Días después, se activó en Luján el dispositivo de rastreo. Se ofrece recompensa.
Melissa Orth, de 29 años, es una joven estadounidense, que continúa la búsqueda desesperada de su motocicleta, la cual le fue robada en Mendoza mientras realizaba su travesía por Sudamérica.
El incidente tuvo lugar cuando la moto estaba estacionada en la vereda de un hostel de la Ciudad de Mendoza durante el fin de semana y quedó registrado por una cámara de seguridad.
El robo ocurrió en la madrugada del domingo 04 de febrero, cuando dos individuos se apoderaron del vehículo en menos de dos minutos.
Desde entonces, Melissa, quien además de motociclista es fotógrafa, ha estado colaborando con la Policía en un intento por recuperar su medio de transporte, con el que planeaba llegar hasta Ushuaia.
La moto cuenta con un dispositivo de rastreo, el cual se activó en Luján de Cuyo. A pesar de haber buscado en esa área, hasta la mañana de este viernes no se ha obtenido ninguna novedad.
Nacida en Miami y actualmente residente en Denver, Melissa comenzó su aventura en enero de 2023 con el objetivo de recorrer Sudamérica, según reportó MDZ. En septiembre de 2022 estuvo en Bogotá, Colombia, donde adquirió la motocicleta. Sin embargo, su travesía se vio interrumpida en Mendoza debido a este lamentable incidente de inseguridad.
En un esfuerzo por recuperar su motocicleta, Melissa está ofreciendo una recompensa económica para aquellos que puedan proporcionar información sobre su vehículo robado.
