En el SUM del Parque Cívico de Luján de Cuyo se presentó el esquema de homogeneización de la información de los ciudadanos que aportan a las Administraciones Tributarias de la provincia.
El SUM del Parque Cívico de Luján de Cuyo fue testigo de un evento que permitió diagramar -sin afectar la autonomía de cada comuna para establecer sus propios tributos- la homogeneización de la información de los ciudadanos que aportan a las Administraciones Tributarias.
Nuevamente la Municipalidad se destacó por su protagonismo en un importante evento provincial para fomentar la integración y colaboración entre los diferentes municipios y estimular la adaptación de organigramas y pautas normativas comunes. Estos avances administrativos se traducirán en una mayor seguridad jurídica para los contribuyentes del departamento y la provincia.
La cita, que estuvo encabezada por el Intendente Sebastián Bragagnolo, el Vicegobernador Mario Abed, y el Ministro de Hacienda y Finanzas Lisandro Nieri, además tuvo como objeto:
- promover el cumplimiento voluntario de las obligaciones fiscales para, combatir la evasión, elusión y toda forma de incumplimiento.
- promover el intercambio de experiencias y colaboración mutua entre los diferentes organismos gubernamentales,
- impulsar la transferencia e intercambio de tecnologías de administración tributaria y
- promover el Programa de Cultura Tributaria Integral de la Provincia.
El Consejo Tributario Mendoza fue creado en 2007, mediante la Ley 7658 y está integrado por el Ministerio de Hacienda y Finanzas, la Administración Tributaria Mendoza (ATM), áreas de Hacienda de los municipios y las comisiones de Hacienda y Presupuesto de las cámaras de Senadores y de Diputados de la Legislatura Provincial.
En relación a Luján de Cuyo, la implementación de este acuerdo es de suma importancia ya que se encuentra enmarcado en uno de sus principales ejes de gestión (2021-2023) como es la concreción de una administración innovadora, eficiente y cercana.
El evento comprendió la primera reunión del año de la Comisión Plenaria del Consejo Tributario de Mendoza y se concentró en analizar el Nuevo Código Tributario Municipal Armonizado. Por parte del Municipio, además del Jefe Comunal, participó el Secretario de Economía e Ingresos Públicos, Jorge Balmaceda y la Coordinadora de Ingresos Públicos, Jimena Politino. También participaron, de manera presencial, el Vicegobernador de Mendoza, Mario Abed; el Presidente de la Honorable Cámara de Diputados, Andrés Lombardi; el Intendente de General Alvear Walther Marcolini; de Godoy Cruz, Tadeo García Zalazar; de Guaymallén, Marcelino Iglesias; de Junín, Héctor Ruíz; y de Tupungato, Gustavo Soto.
Luego de la firma del Acta de Acuerdo, ejecutada por el Presidente del Consejo Tributario, los Presidentes de las Comisiones de Hacienda Legislativas, las Autoridades de A.T.M. y los Intendentes presentes, el administrador lujanino, Sebastián Bragagnolo, concluyó la jornada asegurando que “estos trabajos mancomunados entre todos los municipios son los que, a veces, pasan desapercibidos para los vecinos pero, en rigor, tienen un valor enorme por su contribución al crecimiento de la provincia.”
También, aludiendo a la parte técnica del trabajo, sostuvo que “la concreción de esta reformulación, gracias al esfuerzo arduo y silencioso de todos los equipos municipales, tuvo como resultado la actualización de una normativa que databa de la década del 70 y era imperiosa su renovación”.
