Durante la jornada de ayer lunes, el concejal de Protectora Fuerza Política de Luján de Cuyo, Rubén Lázaro, presentó una pieza administrativa ante el HCD municipal ante el evidente malestar social que causó la modificacion de la ley 7722 aprobada el día viernes 20 de diciembre.
Considerando la contaminación del agua a causa de las grandes empresas mineras por la utilización de cianuro, el edil propone que el departamento lujanino se expida como municipio libre de fracking y cianuro.
El concejal denuncia que en Luján de Cuyo ya se viene padeciendo la contaminación del acuífero debido a la falta de controles, la no aplicación de la resolución 5/96 de la Nación y agrega el desinterés del estado en el cuidado del agua, argumentando la cantidad de acciones que se han realizado para el cuidado del agua, sin lograr resultados.
Una de esas acciones es que se declare a Luján de Cuyo como departamento libre de Fracking y explotación minera con cianuro.
