Cambia Mendoza eligió ocupar el lugar de la tercera fuerza en la provincia y expresaron su mensaje a los electores y ciudadanos. No se hizo esperar el llamado de atención del PRO local.
A tres días del resultado de las elecciones generales del domingo 22 de octubre que dejó a Sergio Massa y Javier Milei en un balotaje, Cambia Mendoza tuvo que tomar una fuerte decisión al quedar fuera del esquema. Sin embargo también surgieron reclamos por parte del PRO mendocino porque no les consultaron.
El espacio dejó a Alfredo Cornejo como gobernador hasta 2027, dando continuidad a un tercer gobierno radical en Mendoza pero con un complejo panorama político y económico.
El gobernador Rodolfo Suarez, el reelecto radical Alfredo Cornejo, la vicegobernadora electa (PRO) Hebe Casado, los intendentes e intendentes a asumir desde el radicalismo y el PRO, que a nivel nacional llevaron como candidata a Patricia Bullrich se expresaron en un comunicado.

«Nuestro deber no es determinar quién será el próximo mandatario, sino constituirnos como una oposición con presencia territorial, dedicada a proteger las instituciones y supervisar al gobierno que resulte electo el próximo 19 de noviembre».
Y agrega: «Seguiremos trabajando incansablemente para erigirnos como una alternativa sólida. Nuestros senadores y diputados serán garantías del control republicano en el Congreso de la Nación, mientras que nuestros diez gobernadores de Juntos por el Cambio y los intendentes trabajarán para ser modelos de gestión eficiente en todo el país».
«Nuestro compromiso será trabajar en un programa más sólido y presentar el mejor candidato presidencial en 2027, con la firme convicción de que es a través de la responsabilidad, la institucionalidad y el trabajo conjunto que construiremos un futuro promisorio para todos los argentinos».
«Confiamos en la sabiduría de los mendocinos para tomar decisiones informadas y ejercer su derecho al voto con total libertad en el balotaje que se avecina», concluye el comunicado.
Desde el PRO mendocino
La diputada provincial electa Sol Salinas aseguró que la UCR no le consultó al PRO para realizar un comunicado con su posición frente al balotaje. El llamado de atención fue también para Hebe Casado quien no consultó antes de firmar. La edil anticipó que respetan la voluntad de los mendocinos.
