Los hermanos Palma, apodados «Negro» y «Bebe», se suman a su cuñado, Agustín Lucero, quien ya estaba detenido desde el viernes como presunto autor de los disparos que cobraron la vida de Néstor Ezequiel Magallanes en el barrio Las Margaritas de Mayor Drummond.
El operativo policial se llevó a cabo en una vivienda abandonada en calle El Remanso, zona de El Carrizal, donde se encontraban los acusados.
Ambos hermanos quedaron a disposición de la fiscal Claudia Ríos.
La víctima, Néstor Magallanes, de 33 años, fue atacada en la manzana E del barrio Las Margaritas mientras se dirigía hacia un negocio con su hermano, quien también resultó herido.
La situación escaló durante una discusión en la noche, culminando en el fatal altercado.
