«Las planillas de turnos y la demanda espontánea de ANSES Luján eran atendidos por 7 trabajadores, quedando uno solo para dicha atención», así se expresó el referente sindical en entrevista con Diario Luján ante los despidos realizados el último lunes de enero.
¿Están confirmado los despidos?
R: Les llego telegrama terminando la relación laboral.
Se ha solicitado desde distintos organismos que siga el personal, ¿qué respuestas avizoran?
R: En ANSES no hay una mesa de diálogo entre los gremios y el empleador, para tratar este tema.
Y sí, se ha solicitado con acciones gremiales y políticas a las comunas donde las oficinas de ANSES han sufrido el vaciamiento de personal, donde se ve afectada el normal desarrollo de la atención.
¿Cuántos despidos fueron en total?
R: En Lujan son 7 trabajadores despedidos.
¿Hay otros despidos en Mendoza?
R: Si en oficina La Paz que en este momento está cerrada, despidieron a los 2 trabajadores. En la UDAI Guaymallén 1 trabajadora, en UDAI San Rafael 1 trabajador y en Oficina San Carlos, todos ellos en la última tanda. Esta tanda de despidos son contratos celebrados en 2023.
¿En Luján cuantos empleados quedan entonces?
R: ANSES Luján sufrió un vaciamiento de personal, sobre todo en el área de mayor necesidad que es el de Atención al Público. Quedó un solo operador de 7; y 2 de Conducción que tiene las tareas de Supervisión.
¿Qué mensaje llevar a la comunidad de Luján de Cuyo para cuando realicen sus gestiones?
R: Es importante que los ciudadanos de la comuna de Lujan no convaliden los despidos por los murmullos de: «empleados ñoquis, trabajadores militantes, o el que se la pagamos con la nuestra o que ellos son las variables para lograr un déficit cero» y validen de tener en su comuna un organismo tan importante en políticas sociales. Mis compañeros son trabajadores, empleados y profesionales de la Seguridad Social, en ANSES no sobra nadie.
¿Cómo afectará la atención ? fue uno de los temas más cuestionados.
R: Cuando el o los operadores que están en este momento brindando el servicio, tomen sus respectivas licencias, la oficina tienen que bajar aun más la atención. La Jefatura Regional aún se encuentra acéfala. No hay responsables del Organismo, la verdad es algo nunca vivido y de la mayor irresponsabilidad que hemos visto.
