Prevaricaroglio Gate, así denuncian los damnificados por la mega estafa del Clan Caroglio, quienes volvieron a expresarse a horas de la próxima audiencia del jueves 19 de octubre.
El aluvión de notas por el clima preelectoral, los yates de Insaurralde con sus damas de compañía, el caso de “Chocolate Rigau”, los audios de Melconian, las locuras del “peluca” Milei, han sido un ambiente propicio para los amantes de moverse “bajo las sombras”.
Y es el caso de todo el aparato judicial que gira en torno a la causa del “CLAN CAROGLIO”, jueces, abogados defensores, operadores políticos, falsos testimonios y abogados que al mejor estilo “Massa” la panquequearon, convirtiendo la Causa por Estafa y Asociación ilícita en un ESCANDALO POR PREVARICATO.
Una vez más la Justicia Mendocina haciendo de las suyas, sostienen los damnificados por la mega estafa, quienes reportan un resumen de los hechos:
6 de Julio – Quedaban detenidos los Hermanos Caroglio, Giovanni, Gitán y Genaro, junto a otros miembros: Hans Breuer, Lucas Salazar e Ignacio Manduca, por ser denunciados por cientos de víctimas por estafas y presuntos esquemas PONZIS ejecutados con 2 “empresas”, Wearecapital y Criptocounry. La detención fue por orden del fiscal Hernán Ríos.
14 de Julio – El Dirigente del PRO Juan Carlos Aguinaga por sus redes sociales anunciaba que se hacia cargo de la defensa de Giovanni Caroglio.
Durante agosto paso de todo. Recusaron a la Jueza Eleonora Arenas porque un testigo de identidad protegida, declaro que su hijo, Augusto Hanna, frecuentaba las oficinas de los Caroglio. Finalmente la jueza fue apartada y designan a una “amiga suya” María José Cerdera, quien en una audiencia el día 29 de agosto, por control jurisdiccional por el delito “Estafa”, dejan en libertad bajo fianzas a Gitan Caroglio, Lucas Salazar e Ignacio Manduca y dicta la prisión domiciliaria bajo fianzas y una serie de requisitos a Giovanni Caroglio, Genaro Caroglio y Hans Breuer.
Los imputados nunca recuperaron la libertad porque en todo ese periodo se seguían sumando las denuncias y se constituían cada vez más pruebas contra la organización, motivo por el cual fueron imputados en el delito de “Asociación ilícita”
Luego de la audiencia en el “día de los abogados”, Juan Carlos Aguinaga quien ingreso a la causa “haciendo ruido” en sus redes sociales y tildando de “BOBOS” a las víctimas, se fue por la ventana del fondo sin decir una sola palabra… algún día se atreverá a contar la verdad de esta causa.
Hoy se encuentra muy ocupado militando para la campaña presidencial de Patricia Bullrich.
Luego de la renuncia de Juan Carlos Aguinaga, toma la defensa la abogada Lourdes Gabrielli, que duró poco menos que su antecesor, pero es aquí donde comienza el Valls de las veletas.
La Audiencia del 6 de octubre comienza con una “perlita” en la sala, la presencia de un hombre quien de nombre “Leonardo Pasccon”, quien le dice a su señoría “la jueza Maria Jose Cerdera” que era una audiencia publica y por ende él podía participar, y es en ese preciso momento que el fiscal Hernán Ríos comenta que existe una compulsa por prevaricato, ya es que este abogado mendocino Leonardo Passcon, ha sido defensor de una de las víctimas de Giovanni Caroglio y hay testimonios de Pasccon visitándolo en la cárcel.
Los damnificados hicieron público que Giovanni Caroglio menciona que Leonardo Pasccon es su abogado penalista.
Hoy la defensa del clan Caroglio surgido en Luján de Cuyo, es manejada “a las sombras” por Leonardo Pasccon quien colocó como abogados defensores a Riquelme, Del Ponte y Pelegrina y removió a Lourdes Gabrielli y Álvaro Lavado quien ejercía la defensa de Lucas Salazar.
El abogado ausente con aviso
Hablando de “sospecha de prevaricato” un abogado defensor de varios de los estafados “ Federico Colonnesse” no ha participado en una sola audiencia y envía un “niño totalmente inexperto”. ¿Por qué?, se preguntan los damnificados.
En el famoso “cuaderno de Giovanni” secuestrado el día de su detención, figura una nota que expresa “Colonnesse usd 40000”. ¿Será una simple casualidad?
Hay muchos Garcías, Gonzales y Colonnesses en Argentina, y siendo la sociedad argentina tan honesta por que sus representados deberían pensar mal.
¿Qué es el Prevaricato?

Cientos de testimonios de víctimas y ex empleados del Clan Caroglio, horas de audios presentados como pruebas, videos que muestran el “ardid” de como engañaban a los inversores, el cuaderno de Giovanni, el reporte de Gendarmería, los curros de Gitan, Procentbot, la venta fraudulenta de los autos de alta gama de los padres de los Caroglio, el informe de Gendarmería, los videos de Giovanni con Cositorto, el CBU de Insieme SA por donde se fueron millones, etc, etc.
Ninguna de las toneladas de pruebas presentadas por la fiscalía N° 15 de delitos económicos del ministerio Publico Fiscal, inmuto a la Jueza Maria Jose Cerdera quien, en la última audiencia por el control Jurisdiccional por Asociación ilícita, dicto la libertad para Manduca y domiciliaria para Hans Breuer.
Próxima audiencia
El día jueves 19 de octubre será próxima audiencia de apelación donde la Jueza Maria Jose Cerdera junto con los jueces y cojueces , Spektor, Magro y Romero, tendrán en sus manos, la posibilidad de “hacer justicia” que es simplemente hacer lo mismo que hicieron “otras justicias” en “otras provincias”, en los casos análogos de Adhemar Capitlas y de Leonardo Cositorto.
Tendrán en sus manos la oportunidad única; de cambiar la historia judicial mendocina frenando a los estafadores, PONZIS y organizaciones criminales o promulgan una ley para “declararla como actividad legal”.
Prevaricación o Justicia, esta en manos de la Justicia que buscan los damnificados del Clan Caroglio.
