A través de la comisión técnica y por intermedio de las actas Nº 7 y Nº 9, aprobadas en mayo y septiembre de este año, se aprobaron también los anteproyectos de cada una de las empresas adjudicatarias, a fin de proseguir con la instancia de proyecto ejecutivo, que deberá desarrollarse en 120 días hábiles.
Con los anteproyectos aprobados, ambos adjudicatarios pueden avanzar en la obtención de las diversas factibilidades de servicios.
Es por ello que la empresa Potrerillos Resort SA ha solicitado poder avanzar con el correspondiente Estudio de Impacto Ambiental del anteproyecto en su área concesionada, para lo cual fue categorizado por la Secretaría de Ambiente como Manifestación General de Impacto Ambiental, que estaría siendo presentado la semana próxima.
Potrerillos Resort SA será, además, el primer desarrollador en construir un parador con servicios gastronómicos que contará con baños públicos y una planta de tratamiento de efluentes.
El acceso a la costa seguirá siendo público para todos los visitantes y turistas, contando con factibilidad de AySAM y de Edemsa para la conexión de los servicios.
Entre otros servicios, Edemsa ha realizado en los últimos dos años una obra de adecuación del servicio que permitirá que el resto de los desarrolladores y las obras venideras puedan conectarse para hacer uso del servicio. La inversión realizada asciende a 70 millones de pesos. Esta obra estará finalizada en la primera quincena de noviembre.
El proyecto también seguirá avanzando durante todo el verano de este año y en el invierno próximo.

Contempla obras de estacionamiento, fogones o churrasqueras, zonas de acampe denominadas glamping y un mirador con vista al dique con capacidad de alojamiento para 600 personas.
Habrá un estacionamiento adaptado exclusivamente para motorhomes, dada la alta demanda y tendencia de este tipo de vehículos en el turismo.
En los próximos días se estará publicando el llamado a licitación para el desarrollo de la costa norte del Perilago. Este proceso había quedado desierto en una primera instancia, según el artículo 3 del decreto 1187.
